Toby advises high and ultra-high net worth clients on tax, succession and estate planning, wills and trusts, and philanthropy matters. Toby has particular expertise regarding cross-border tax and estate planning for UK and non-UK domiciled individuals and families. He also advises both UK tax resident and non-UK tax resident family offices and trustees.
