Nicola Johnston Probate Manager

Nicola is a probate manager in the private client team.

Nicola specialises in probate and the administration of estates, particularly those involving complex assets, inheritance tax reliefs and cross-border elements. 

She deals with all aspect of estate administration from collating information and preparing estate tax returns through to negotiating and finalising the tax position with HMRC and arranging the preparation of full estate accounts.

Nicola is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX).
