Emma advises private clients, family offices, trustees and charities on a range of issues including tax and trust law, estate and succession planning, asset structuring and charity law.
Emma advises high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices and trustees based both in the UK and elsewhere on UK tax and estate planning and trust law issues. A large proportion of her work has an international dimension and involves cross-border issues. Emma also has experience assisting clients with HMRC enquiries, disputes and tribunal proceedings.
Emma is a member of the firm’s charities practice. She advises private clients on the establishment of charitable structures to realise their philanthropic visions and to enable tax efficient giving, as well as charities (including corporate foundations) on issues including governance, fundraising and compliance.
