Scarlett advises corporate groups and trustees on all aspects of UK pensions law and practice.
Scarlett qualified at Macfarlanes in 2022 having completed her training contract with The Pensions Regulator and spent time on secondment at an international law firm. She has experience in both contentious and non-contentious pension work in respect of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes, master trusts and superfunds.
Scarlett advises on the pension aspects of corporate transactions and on the administration and regulation of pension schemes; she particularly enjoys funding negotiations and advising on auto-enrolment obligations.
