Emma is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate and M&A group.

She acts on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions (including public and private M&A, joint ventures, group reorganisations and equity financing) and general advisory matters. She has previously worked as a senior knowledge lawyer in the group.
