Emma is a senior knowledge lawyer and associate in the corporate and M&A group.

Before joining Macfarlanes in 2021, Emma worked as a Corporate and M&A lawyer.  She acted on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions (including public and private M&A, joint ventures, group reorganisations and equity financing) and general advisory matters.

Emma is a senior knowledge lawyer in the firm’s Corporate and M&A group.  Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the group’s know-how resources, monitoring market trends, assisting with training programmes and providing internal counsel support.
