Sam advises on a broad range of tax and structuring matters with a particular focus on private equity and corporate M&A transactions and related reorganisations.

Sam has a wide range of experience advising on domestic and large multi-national cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations and joint ventures. In particular, she has extensive experience of tax due diligence and tax structuring work with a focus on private equity and corporate transactions across a variety of different clients and industries.       

Historically, Sam has worked closely with the management teams of private equity backed companies on tax matters associated with investment, disposal and reinvestment transactions undertaken with respect to their equity incentive arrangements.
