Henry’s wide ranging experience includes advising on the sale and acquisition, leasing, management, development, structuring and financing of commercial property.

His clients include institutional landowners, overseas investors, developers, occupational tenants, real estate investment trusts and financial institutions. His work typically concerns residential developments, warehouse and logistics, retail, offices and hotels.

Henry has a background in rural property and has experience with the real estate aspects of farms, landed estates, wind and solar developments, listed buildings and vineyards. He is a member of the Cumbria committee of the Country Land and Business Association.

Henry has a particular interest in the relationship between natural capital and property law and has experience helping landowners, charities and investors on their natural capital strategy and structuring, including experience of the regulatory landscape.
