Lucy advises clients on a broad range of UK and cross-border corporate tax issues.

In particular Lucy advises group tax clients, including the efficient structuring of demergers as well as group reorganisations. Lucy also assists the private client group on corporate tax aspects of structuring issues for substantial privately held groups.

Lucy writes regularly on tax policy and its development – in particular tax transparency and responsible tax as an ESG item for companies, funds and investors. She is a member of the Macfarlanes ESG working group.
