Alison Thorpe Knowledge Manager

Alison is responsible for the day-to-day management of knowledge management operations and projects for the firm’s lawtech practice.

Alison’s focus is on the effective management of the firm’s collective knowledge, using cutting-edge knowledge technologies and systems, and by working closely with partners, knowledge lawyers and other colleagues on knowledge sharing and collaboration initiatives. Her responsibilities also include education and training for new team members, strategy and future planning and promoting a firm-wide culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Alison’s particular interest is in implementing and driving user engagement of powerful and easy to use search and knowledge-sharing solutions, especially those that combine the latest innovative technologies, such as AI and machine learning, with evidence-based but creative information architecture and UX design.
