Sweta advises clients on all aspects of work relating to private funds with a primary focus on advising investment managers and sponsors on establishing and operating private investment funds. She advises across a range of asset classes, including private equity, venture, credit and infrastructure.

In addition to advising on fundraisings, Sweta also regularly advises on structuring and implementing team incentive arrangements and advising institutional clients on their investment activity across primary, secondary and co-investment transactions. 

Sweta has previously spent time on secondment with Goldman Sachs.
