Fred specialises in high-value corporate and commercial disputes before the High Court and in international arbitrations.

He works for a mix of state, corporate and individual clients in a number of sectors, particularly private equity, financial services and sport. He has substantial experience in breach of contract and contractual interpretation disputes, post-M&A and shareholder disputes, group litigation, and cases relating to data privacy.

Fred's work is cross-border and often involves coordinating proceedings in different jurisdictions. Having been seconded to a leading New York law firm, he is especially familiar with US litigation and enforcement matters.

He is a Solicitor-Advocate and a member of the Commercial Litigators’ Forum. He is ranked as a Next Generation Partner in the UK Legal 500 2024.
