Jack Slater Associate

Jack advises on all areas of VAT but with an emphasis on financial services, particularly with respect to the VAT implications of outsourcing or offshoring arrangements.

Jack has extensive experience in the practical application of VAT for financial services business, including in the VAT implications of intercompany service flows and in negotiating partial exemption special methods. Jack also has in-house experience through a secondment to the VAT function of a major investment bank. He is a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser.
