Sindhuja has expertise across a wide variety of commercial real estate matters with a focus on development in the living and life sciences sectors.

Sindhuja’s significant experience includes: negotiating complex development funding agreements and pre-let agreements for lease for high value mixed use developments (both commercial and residential); acting for both seller and buyer on investment purchases and sales; negotiating development, asset and property management agreements involving complex fee structures for funders and managers; negotiating leases and working on other landlord and tenant matters; acting for both borrower and lender in real estate finance transactions; and advising on the property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions.

Sindhuja spent six months on secondment at a leading UK financial services provider, primarily working on a joint venture, set up to drive science and technology growth across the US by investing in the acquisition and development of property serving these sectors.

Sindhuja has been a member of the firm’s Environment Committee for a number of years and is also part of the real estate team’s internal ESG working group.
