Saskia Rock-Williams Associate

Saskia advises on a broad spectrum of UK and cross-border tax matters.

She represents a range of clients including investment managers, family offices, private equity firms and corporates. In particular, her experience includes advising on group tax planning, the establishment and structuring of investment funds and the tax aspects of corporate transactions.

Saskia actively participates in a range of firmwide activities. She sits on the steering committee of our REACH (race, ethnicity and cultural heritage) staff network, a forum that facilitates networking and peer support between ethnic minority staff and allies. Saskia is also a member of our Legal Women’s Network.
