Sam Quinn Manager, Operational Tax

Sam is an assistant manager in the tax group.

Sam advises and oversees the tax function for investment fund clients, focusing on routine fund tax compliance and investor tax reporting, day-to-day operational tax matters, withholding taxes, and tax structuring. Most of Sam’s work has a US element attached to it.

Sam previously worked at a Big Four firm and is a member of the ICAEW. He has previously assisted the institute in moderating sittings of its Business Planning: Taxation exam.
