Ed specialises in international commercial litigation and advises on a range of contentious matters for both corporate and private clients.
Alongside his general corporate and commercial disputes practice, Ed has expertise in competition litigation and contentious trust work. He regularly advises businesses, multinational corporations, trustees and high-net-worth individuals, both domestic and international, across a spectrum of commercial, competition, family-related and trust disputes. Ed has substantial experience as a litigator in the UK and international courts.
Ed’s court and arbitration experience includes claims and disputes relating to joint venture issues, fraudulent misrepresentation, enforcement and worldwide freezing order issues; shareholder rights and company law issues, contractual interpretation and rectification, multi-jurisdictional competition cartel and conduct-related litigation, the regularisation and restructuring of trusts and the blessing of trustees’ momentous decisions.
Ed also has experience of bribery and corruption investigations, competition infringement investigations and dawn raids.
Ed is a qualified solicitor-advocate in England and Wales and is also admitted in the Republic of Ireland.
