Harry acts on a wide range of litigation and adjudication matters, focusing on the construction and property sector.

Harry advises on the full range of construction disputes, and has experience of dealing with termination, delay and defective work issues. Harry has acted on cases involving complex fire safety issues and regularly advises clients on matters relating to the Building Safety Act 2022.

Harry’s court experience includes representing clients in an interim injunction application and a trial in the High Court.
