Additionally, she advises on grievances, disciplinary matters, terminations, and redundancies. Isobel supports clients through employment disputes and has experience in Employment Tribunal litigation, drafting bespoke settlement agreements, and developing litigation tactics.
Isobel provides guidance on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions, which includes conducting due diligence and assisting with the implementation of post-completion employment arrangements.
