Beth specialises in advising on the tax aspects of private and public M&A transactions and related reorganisations.

Beth’s work also involves the establishment and structuring of private equity, credit and other private investment funds and providing advice to investment fund managers on their deal and investment structuring.

Beth is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
