Greg has a broad corporate and M&A practice and advises on public and private M&A, joint ventures, ECM transactions, restructurings and other general corporate advisory work.

He acts for clients across a variety of sectors including financial services, asset managers, industrials and infrastructure.

Greg has also spent time on secondment at a FTSE 100 financial institution.
