Edward Hughes Associate

Edward is an associate in the tax and reward group and advises businesses and individuals on a range of employment and mobility tax matters as well as on the design, implementation and operation of employee share plans and executive incentive arrangements.

He has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the energy and financial services sectors. He has experience preparing disclosures to HMRC, responding to tax enquiries from HMRC, advising on remuneration and termination arrangements, undertaking employment and mobility tax policy reviews, and advising individuals and businesses on the tax implications of working across jurisdictions, including remote work arrangements.

Edward is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
