Andrew is a real estate partner, specialising in direct and indirect investment into real estate assets.
His experience includes leading on complex real estate transactions, including for investments and disposals of assets either directly or through corporate vehicles.
Andrew’s clients include major institutional investors, private equity real estate firms, private investors and major developers. He is also part of Macfarlanes’ Private Equity Real Estate Group.
Andrew has experience working with a wide variety of asset classes, particularly commercial offices, logistics and a wide variety of alternative assets including data centres, BTR/PRS, student accommodation and hotels.
Alongside our private equity real estate team, Andrew produced a first of its kind operational real estate report in 2023, considering the scale of the market opportunity in the UK, how operational real estate can be accessed, and some of the key structuring and governance considerations.
