Carrie is a member of our litigation and dispute resolution team, specialising in international contentious trust, high-net-worth family, and probate disputes.

Carrie has experience advising in relation to complex and high-profile litigation, that often involves cross-border elements, as well as arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. She has experience acting in the English courts and in offshore jurisdictions. Carrie has also acted on a wide range of contentious matters, including commercial, corporate and fraud disputes, acting for large corporates as well as individual clients and trustees.

She is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association and the Contentious Trusts Association.
