Jack sits within the tax and reward group, specialising in employment taxes.

He has experience working with clients across a wide range of industries, advising employers and individuals on employment tax and mobility issues. The work he is involved with includes:

• structuring client remuneration arrangements;
• termination payments;
• taxation of benefits and expenses; and
• UK tax considerations relevant to internationally mobile employees.

He also has experience advising on broader reward matters including company share plans, executive remuneration and Employment Related Securities.
