Christine acts for non-bank lenders, banks and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, with a particular focus on Real Estate Finance and Fund Finance.

Christine acts for borrower- and lender-side clients on cross-border and national real estate finance transactions. She has particular expertise in private-rental sector and hotel financing and is a Legal 500 recommended lawyer for property financing.

In addition to her real estate finance practice, Christine also acts on borrower- and lender-side fund financings covering the full spectrum of investor call bridge facilities, NAV facilities and co-invest facilities. Christine is also a member of the Fund Finance Association Diversity & Inclusion Committee (Europe).
