Rebecca Delaney Senior Knowledge Lawyer

Rebecca joined Macfarlanes in 2020 after over seven years in private practice advising institutional property funds, investment firms, commercial and residential developers and luxury brands on real estate issues.

She is the senior knowledge lawyer for the firm’s commercial real estate group and is responsible for the group’s knowledge management function.

Rebecca provides internal counsel support and maintains the group’s know how and precedent documentation. She ensures that colleagues and clients are appraised of legal, market and statutory changes through delivery of training programmes, briefing notes, articles and thought pieces.

She is also involved in developing the group’s business strategy including the delivery of technological solutions to drive efficiencies.

Rebecca is a member of the London Property Network and the Association of Real Estate Funds.
