Amy advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
She acts for a variety of clients, including private equity houses, asset managers, large corporates, media agencies and financial services institutions.
She advises on a broad range of employment issues such as workplace discrimination, sensitive exits and senior appointments. Amy also regularly advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including restructures, mergers and acquisitions.
Amy’s contentious work includes advising clients in relation to potential claims and bringing disputes to litigation in the Employment Tribunal.
Around three-quarters of our clients are asset managers and private equity houses. Clients value our familiarity with the sector, particularly its remuneration and incentives structures, but also come to us because of our commercial approach.
