Tiffany Cox Senior Associate
Tiffany advises clients on the regulation of onshore and offshore investments funds. She has a particular focus on UK authorised funds and providing strategic support on the operation of ESG / sustainable funds for a range of asset managers and strategies.
Tiffany advises a number of large asset managers, including Legal & General Investment Management and Jupiter Asset Management, and “host” authorised corporate directors on various matters relating to the structure and operation of regulated funds including: the establishment of umbrella, standalone or sub-fund OEICs and authorised unit trusts (UCITS, NURS and LTAFs); mergers/schemes of arrangement; fund range rationalisations and repositioning; and various ad hoc changes and updates to fund ranges.
Tiffany regularly assists private and authorised fund managers to establish ESG / sustainable and impact funds and prepare associated regulatory disclosures. Tiffany is a founding member of the firm’s ESG working group and holds a certificate in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
Tiffany also assists clients in relation to ongoing regulatory and compliance matters, including the application of the UCITS directive, AIFMD, MiFID II, the Benchmark Regulation and ESG-related regulations (including SFDR and the Taxonomy Regulation).
Tiffany is actively involved in an initiative with the Investment Association on the Long-Term Asset Fund (LTAF), and with the Alternative Credit Council and Invest Europe on reforming the European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF).
Tiffany spent several months on secondment at Jupiter Asset Management in 2019.
