Joanna Constantis Senior Counsel
Joanna is senior counsel in the firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice. Joanna specialises in complex commercial and fraud disputes. As well as managing disputes in the English Courts, she has significant experience in managing parallel proceedings in different jurisdictions.
Joanna has over 14 years experience acting on complex commercial disputes and fraud litigation, including international disputes relating to Russia, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Norway, France and Libya. She has significant experience of dealing with interim injunctive relief.
She also advises on company and partnership law, shareholder disputes, warranty claims, as well as contentious employment disputes.
Joanna has significant cross-sector experience and her clients include corporate entities, financial institutions, private equity, liquidators and high-net-worth individuals in litigation and arbitration proceedings, including third party funded claims.
Joanna was seconded to the litigation & investigations team of an international bank between August 2014 and March 2015.
Joanna is a qualified solicitor-advocate and a member of the Commercial Fraud Lawyers Association.
Qualified in England and Wales, 2008.
