Pinar is a senior counsel in the banking and finance group.

Pinar has broad experience advising on mid-market and top-tier domestic, European and global cross-border finance transactions, with particular experience in leveraged acquisition finance, including senior secured term loans, unitranche, super senior, first lien/second lien and other multi-layered debt structures.

She advises leading private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, private credit funds and investment banks in both the private credit and syndicated loan markets, on private acquisition financings, direct lending, investor call bridge facilities, refinancings, distressed finance and other event-driven financing transactions.

Advising GHO Capital Partners on its term loan B financing for its acquisition of Envision Pharma Group, including a tap to support the bolt-on acquisition of Two Labs; the unitranche financing package for its acquisition of X-Chem; and the unitranche financing package for its acquisition of Validant and subsequent term loan B tap financings to support certain bolt-on acquisitions.
