Martha Campbell Senior Counsel
Martha advises clients on a range of complex, large-scale commercial contracts and projects. Her commercial expertise covers outsourcing, manufacturing and supply chain arrangements, joint ventures, data protection and privacy.
Martha also advises on the protection, licensing and commercialisation of intellectual property rights, particularly in relation to trade marks, copyright, sponsorship and franchising arrangements. In addition, she supports organisations in relation to a range of technology-related legal issues, including software and hardware procurement, cloud computing, cybersecurity issues and digital transformation.
Martha has experience working across a number of sectors, with a particular focus on clients operating in the technology, financial services, telecommunications and transport sectors. She works with a range of clients from innovative start-ups to charities to recognised industry leaders.
In addition to her stand-alone commercial work, Martha also advises on the commercial, IP and technology aspects of M&A transactions to support the firm’s wider corporate and private equity client base. Martha is a member of the firm’s cryptocurrency and data protection groups and is certified as a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
