Madeleine Brown Senior Knowledge Lawyer

Madeleine joined the firm in 2022 after qualifying at a leading international firm where she practised as a litigator for over five years, specialising in banking and capital markets disputes and contentious regulatory investigations.

Madeleine is responsible for facilitating the litigation and dispute resolution group’s thought leadership work. She supports the team with identifying, researching, and reporting on important developments in all aspects of contentious work for client publications and events. Madeleine is currently especially interested by developments in ESG litigation and disputes arising out of new technologies.

She also supports the education and training needs of the group. A technical specialist, Madeleine advises colleagues on relevant changes in law, regulation, and procedure. Drawing on her previous private practice experience, she is especially active in the fields of contentious financial services work and civil fraud and asset tracing.
