Mollie advises on a wide range of contentious matters and has experience in complex competition, corporate and tax disputes.

Mollie has acted for large corporations, financial institutions and individuals across a number of sectors. She regularly works on multi-party, multi-jurisdictional claims in the Competition Appeal Tribunal, Tax Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal.

Mollie has a particular interest in litigation funding and has advised litigation funders on structuring funding arrangements.
