Matt acts for a wide range of clients, including large corporates, private equity houses and management teams, and advises clients on matters including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and corporate governance.  Matt also has experience in the private funds secondaries market, in particular advising on LP portfolio disposals and GP-led secondaries transactions.
