Rachael has experience across a wide range of commercial real estate matters, with particular expertise in complex developments, including site assembly, development agreements and development financing.

Rachael’s work also includes investment work and a wide variety of landlord and tenant matters. She also has experience of the real estate aspects of corporate and financing transactions.

Rachael is head of real estate policy, which involves advising on market and policy related emerging risks and opportunities. She is also a member of the firm's ESG working group.

Rachael is a member of the Cambridge University Land Society.
