Macfarlanes advises Trinity Street Asset Management LLP on the sale of a minority stake in the LLP to iM Global Partner

Macfarlanes has advised Trinity Street Asset Management LLP on the sale of a minority stake in the LLP to iM Global Partner.

Trinity Street is a specialist independent investment firm managing active global and international equity portfolios, with approximately $8.6bn in assets under management. iM Global Partner is a worldwide asset management network, based in Paris, with approximately $40bn in assets under management. Following completion of the transaction, which remains subject to FCA approval, the Trinity Street partners will continue to hold the majority of the interests in the firm and will continue to operate the firm independently while partnering with iM Global Partner to leverage iM Global Partner’s global network and capabilities.
