Investors in the new fund comprised sovereign wealth funds, endowments, fund of funds, pension funds, family offices and high net worth individuals from across Europe, MENA and the United States - as well as numerous founders from Notion Capital portfolio companies.

The Macfarlanes team was led by private funds partner Stephen Robinson with assistance from associate Camilla Dawes. Tax advice was provided by partner Ceinwen Rees and associate Luca Parrott.

Stephen Robinson comments: “We are very pleased to work with Notion Capital in this highly successful fundraise. The oversubscribed closing represents a fantastic result for the Notion team.”
