Macfarlanes advises Mayfair Equity Partners on backing of management buyout for Access Partnership

Macfarlanes has advised private equity firm Mayfair Equity Partners (Mayfair) on its backing of Access Partnership’s management buyout.

London-headquartered Access Partnership provides advisory services to technology businesses globally in the fields of regulation and public policy, consistent with Mayfair’s focus on investing in fast-growing companies within the consumer and technology sectors.

Mayfair will support Access Partnership’s plans for continued global expansion including the execution of its M&A strategy, alongside the development of new digital services.
The Macfarlanes team was led by corporate and M&A partner Alex Edmondson with assistance from corporate and M&A associates Jonathan Hock, Matilda Calvert Barr, Emma Bailey and Francesca Bird with the finance aspects led by partner Kirstie Hutchinson, assisted by senior associate Jack Bodkin and associates Owen Giles and Ross Mullen.
