This is Epiris Fund II’s ninth acquisition, with Macfarlanes having advised on several of its previous investments, including, most recently, its investment in Sharps, the UK’s leading fitted bedroom furniture specialist.

Epiris will support the next stage of the company’s growth journey as it looks to further broaden its product and geographic offering.
