Macfarlanes advises on Premier Asset Management IPO
04 October 2016Macfarlanes has advised the major shareholder, a fund advised by Elcot Capital Management, on the flotation of fund management company Premier Asset Management (Premier) on the London Stock Exchange.
Premier has just under £5bn of assets under management. Based on the placing price, IPO, Premier will be valued at approximately £140m on admission.
The Macfarlanes team was led by senior counsel Mark Slade.
