Employment tribunals

In employment tribunals we are experienced in all types of claim from straightforward unfair dismissal claims to complex high value discrimination and whistleblowing claims.

We have acted on a number of high profile Employment Tribunal claims including substantial bonus disputes involving a discrimination or whistleblowing element.

High Court

We have particular expertise in the protection of key business assets: confidential information, clients and key people. This might involve the enforcement of garden leave or restrictive covenant provisions, defending clients against team moves, or assisting clients to acquire new business opportunities.

LLPs

We are often involved in senior disputes, especially for our financial services and LLP clients. Our familiarity with the remuneration structures common in these sectors enables us to find commercial solutions in keeping with our clients’ aims and objectives.

Regulated clients

We have acted for a number of regulated clients, including advising on investigations into alleged fraud, money laundering, and/or market abuse. In such sensitive matters, it is particularly important to have regard for confidentiality and, wherever possible, preserve legal privilege.
