Our clients range from global leading tech companies to tech start-ups. In cloud projects, we have experience of SaaS, IaaS and PaaS service models and of public, hybrid and private deployment models.

Members of the commercial team have rare and extensive experience of advising customers as well as suppliers and service providers in technology transactions, which means that we understand each party’s interests and positions in any transaction and therefore how best to advise either side in negotiating and concluding effective technology and related services agreements.

We advise our clients on the full range of technology-related transactions including:

• the development and licensing of software (closed and open source), including app and video game development; 
• software, hardware and systems procurement;
• the acquisition, use, provision and governance of data centres, communications and information systems and networks, applications, desktop environments, support and maintenance, and related services;
• website design and hosting agreements;
• negotiation of complex service level agreements;
• e-commerce platform arrangements, including online terms, advertising compliance and consumer rights; and
• cyber security advice and data breach support.
