The Global Legal Insights to: Fund Finance 2024

Richard Fletcher and Yagmur Yarar have authored a chapter in the Global Legal Insights to: Fund Finance 2024. The chapter looks at what constitutes "umbrella facilities", also known as “master facilities” (including how they compare and contrast with more standard fund finance facilities).  It explores the pros and cons of using these products from the perspective of a sponsor.
