Macfarlanes announces six new partners

We are pleased to announce that the following six lawyers will become partners in the firm from 1 April 2024: Felicity Powell (Corporate and M&A), Laura Bridgewater and Fred Snowball (Litigation and Dispute Resolution), Paul Hardwick and Michael Shaw (Private Client), and Joe Robinson (Tax and Reward).

Laura Bridgewater advises financial institutions and corporates on complex, multi-jurisdiction investigations and contentious regulatory matters.

Paul Hardwick specialises in the governance, succession, trust and tax issues facing international families and their businesses.

Felicity Powell is a corporate lawyer advising on a broad range of domestic and cross-border matters, including private company M&A, private equity and transactions in the infrastructure sector.

Joe Robinson is a corporate tax lawyer specialising in asset management tax and M&A, with a focus on private capital managers.

Michael Shaw advises individuals, trustees and family offices around the world on cross-border tax, structuring and succession.

Fred Snowball specialises in cross-border litigation and international arbitration, particularly complex corporate and commercial disputes.
