Yagmur is an associate in the banking and finance team, advising sponsors, borrowers and lenders on a range of financing transactions.

Her experience includes advising on domestic and international debt finance transactions including fund subscription lines and leverage facilities, acquisition finance, speciality finance, real estate finance and general corporate facilities.

She is a member of the Macfarlanes CSR Committee and Environment Committee, whilst also co-captaining the Macfarlanes Netball team.
