India specialises in advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR issues, including workforce issues arising on the termination of employment, strategic workforce issues such as redundancies and TUPE transfers.
India has acted for wide variety of clients ranging from private equity houses and FTSE 100 companies. She regularly assists clients in drafting and negotiating bespoke contracts, and with exit discussions, including negotiating settlement agreements. India also advises on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions, and assists with the implementation of new arrangements post-completion.
She qualified in New Zealand in 2016, and has experience in the Employment Tribunal, as well as the New Zealand equivalent, frequently advising on strategy in employment claims and disputes.
