Will works on a broad range of disputes and has experience acting for clients including large corporates, sovereign institutions, professional trustees and individuals. Will has a particular focus on corporate and high-value trust or private client disputes.

Recent notable work includes guiding the Libyan Investment Authority to a series of landmark victories in the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal in a dispute over the Chairmanship of Libya’s sovereign wealth fund.

Will has gained valuable experience from secondments to the commercial litigation team of a prominent FTSE 100 company and as the Judicial Assistant to the Chancery Division of the High Court.
