Jaime advises UK and international clients on a wide range of employment law issues.

Jaime specialises in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, advising clients in a wide range of sectors, including financial services.  

Her work includes senior management exits from public and private companies and limited liability partnerships, advice on TUPE, workforce restructurings, grievance and disciplinary processes and contractual issues such as bonus schemes and restrictive covenants. 

Jaime regularly advises on complex employment tribunal disputes and settlement negotiations.
