Isabella has experience across a range of real estate transactions. She has a particular interest in development financing which builds on her experience advising on financing and property development matters.

Isabella regularly advises on real estate finance transactions for both lenders and borrowers, including development financing.

She also advises on a range of property development matters for sites undergoing redevelopment from the outset of a proposed redevelopment through to post practical completion.

Isabella frequently advises on landlord and tenant matters for property investors, developers and corporate occupiers.

Isabella’s sector experience includes offices, residential, private rented sector (PRS), student accommodation and retail.

Isabella is a member of the Firm's Living Sector Group and Balance network.
