Christopher advises on a broad range of UK and cross-border corporate tax matters.

In particular, Christopher’s experience includes advising on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, the establishment and structuring of private funds, investments in funds and group tax planning.

Christopher sits on the steering group of our DAWN staff network, a forum that focuses on the mental health and wellbeing of all of those at Macfarlanes and also offers support to staff who have direct experience of or support others with disabilities, neurodiverse conditions and other long and short term conditions.
